05/02/08 - SBI Barcode Labels



We are currently sending out a quantity of SBI Barcode Labels to SPS Customers (twenty per customer). These are unique to the individual SBI and should be included on correspondence with RPA where a pre-printed barcode does not exist. Further guidance is enclosed with the labels.

SPS Customers should have received their labels by Friday 29 February, if customers haven’t received a copy they should phone the Customer Service Centre on 0845 603 7777. Opening hours 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. To have their calls answered quickly, customers are recommended to avoid calling on the busiest day which is usually a Monday and have their Single Business Identifier (SBI) to hand.

Please note: Customers do not need to use these labels on forms that contain a pre-printed barcode.
