Final Deadline 9 June

Ensure that RPA receives your signed 2008 SPS Application Form by midnight on 9 June 2008.

• Applications received after 9 June 2008 will be rejected.
• Post your application in the envelope provided. (Keep a copy of your application and official proof of postage. You will receive a receipt from RPA within 10 working days.)
• Send in any supplementary forms (if applicable ) such as the SP12, Bank capture details form, or the SP11 form to change the order of activating your entitlements by this final deadline. We do not activate your entitlements by use by date unless you have requested us to do so on an SP11.
• If no covering letter or SP11 form are received, and you claimed for fewer eligible hectares than you have entitlements, we will activate your entitlements in the following order:
• As many set-aside entitlements as possible will be activated first, and then:
• National Reserve entitlements, with the highest value entitlement being used first.
• Normal entitlements, with the highest value entitlement being used first.
• Special entitlements, only whole entitlements are activated in ascending order of value (a requirement of the Commission Regulations).

• Attract no reductions to payment if received by RPA by 31 May.
• Incur a reduction of 1% per working day on payment for affected parcels if received between 1 June and 9 June.
