RPA has now paid £1.447 billion of the total estimated SPS 2007 fund of £1.45 billion (99.86%).
Latest information shows that 116 cases have yet to receive a payment. These are complex cases involving probate, business partnership changes, legal, financial and domestic issues. In addition, cases involving transfers of entitlements which have already received a payment may require a top up. Where it is confirmed that payments are due, these will be made as soon as possible.
