If you wish to transfer your entitlements in time for the Single Payment Scheme (SPS) 2009 year you are reminded that completed RLE1 forms must be received by RPA on or before 2 April 2009. Any RLE1 forms received by RPA after 2 April 2009 will be processed for the 2010 scheme year.
 
You can request an RLE 1 form and guidance by phoning the Customer Service Centre (CSC) on 0845 603 7777. If you request a form you will need to confirm your Single Business Identifier (SBI) and your primary business address, which is where the forms and guidance will be sent.
 
To ensure you are sent the correct information you will also need to provide:

• The type of transfer(s);
• The number of different businesses to which you are transferring entitlements; and
• If you are transferring entitlements with land, the number of land parcels you wish to transfer.
