RPA has updated its cross compliance literature to incorporate a number of required changes, including those resulting from the from the CAP Health Check and the Nitrate Vulnerable Zones legislation.

The e-version of The Guide to Cross Compliance in England, which contains the most up to date information, can be found by following the cross compliance link, Farmer Guidance > Guide to Cross Compliance in England on RPA’s website www.rpa.gov.uk. Details of the pages that have been updated can be found in Version 2 of What’s New.

Hard copies of these pages will be sent to all farmers in England early in the New Year with a Single Payment Scheme policy update and an update for the Soil Protection Review.
