Licences from the RPA are no longer necessary to import wine, grape juice and grape must into the EU.

An import licence is required for all imports into the community of Undenatured and Denatured Ethyl Alcohol under CN codes EX22071000,EX22089091,EX22089099 and EX 22072000 equal to or over a quantity of 100 hectolitres.
