RPA Online

Following recent enhancements, RPA Online is now available again, which includes an updated version of SPS Online..

The enhanced SPS Online now has two new services in addition to the existing Make a Claim service:

  • Track Claims allows you to track the progress of SPS applications submitted from the 2009 scheme year onwards, regardless of whether you submitted your application electronically (using SPS Online or a farm software package) or on paper. You can see if we need information from you to progress your claim and reply to us electronically at your convenience.
  • View Statements allows you to view online all Claim and Entitlements Statements we have sent to you for the 2009 scheme year onwards. You will also have the option to either save or print each statement.

More information about these new services is available using the ‘SPS Online’ and ‘Agents’ links on the left hand menu.

Although the 2010 SPS application period has now ended you can still access the ‘Make a Claim’ service to view claims previously submitted using SPS Online.

Accessing these Services:

  • If you have already registered and enrolled for SPS Online, you do not need to do anything more. Simply log in to SPS Online and you can access the new services from the ‘Your Details’ page.
  • If you have not previously registered and enrolled, you will need to use the PIN number issued earlier this year, and follow the guidance sent with it. If you have not already received a PIN, or if you have lost the PIN previously issued, please contact the RPA Customer Service Centre on 0845 603 7777.
  • Agents – you will need to register and/or enrol via the Government Gateway if you have not already done so.

A Guidance Booklet on how to register and enrol can be found here
