These templates are in Microsoft Word format and can be attached to your e-mail when you apply for a licence or advance fixing certificate.
Prior to completion of your application using the template, you will need to save it to your own computer. To do this, click the document icon with your right mouse button or equivalent, and select 'Save target as'. You can then save it to your computer and use it as many times as you need to when applying for your licence or advance fixing certificate.
The shaded areas of the template denote where it may be necessary to enter information. If you are unsure about whether you need to enter information into certain areas, you should contact your usual RPA commodity contact.
Please note that should an application not contain all information required, then it will not be accepted and you will need to make a seperate application.
