Drop-in centre opening times for 2009
Drop-in centres will be open for you to deliver your completed 2009 SPS application forms and supporting documents from 2 March to 9 June 2009.
They will be open Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm and on the weekends of Saturday and Sunday, 9 and 10 May and 6 and 7 June from 9.00am – 4.00pm.
The drop-in centres are closed over all other weekends and on any Bank Holidays.
We will issue you with a drop-in centre receipt.
Post boxes are available at drop-in centres for you to deposit application forms between 5.00pm and midnight, on 15 May and 9 June. We will send you a receipt within ten working days if you deposit your form in the post boxes.
If you deposit your application form after midnight on Friday 15 May we will apply a late claim penalty.
If you deposit your application form after midnight on Monday 9 June we will reject it.
Please note that drop-in centre representatives are able to take receipt of your application and supporting documents but they are not able to provide advice on form completion.

Continuation sheets and the following supplementary forms will be available at drop-in centres from 4 March:
- Agent/Partnership authorisation form (SP9)
- Entitlements activation form (SP11) – which if completed forms part of the SP5 form and should be returned by 15 May to avoid late claim penalties.
- Payment assignee details form (SP13)
Blank SPS application forms will be available from 14 April .
Multiple forms
So we can provide you with a better service, we would ask any farmer or agent wishing to deliver ten or more forms to a drop-in centre, to telephone the relevant drop-in centre to make an appointment. Phone lines are open for the same opening hours as the drop-in centres.
