Our formal appeal procedures are explained in the guidance booklets below.
This booklet tells you how to appeal against any decision that the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) makes under the Single Payment Scheme (SPS).
If you wish to contest a decision RPA has made about SPS you should first send your reasons in writing to the Customer Service Centre (CSC). We will investigate your case and write to tell you of the outcome. If we stand by our original decision then we will advise you how to make a formal appeal under the Single Payment Scheme Appeal Procedure in England. An application form will be available at that time from the CSC.
The user guide expands on this information and explains how the Appeal Procedure works and what will happen at each stage. | Single Payment Appeal Procedure
