Common Errors on 2006 SPS Application Forms

We have had a small number of 2006 SPS applications returned to us so far. Although it is too early to predict any real trends from such a limited sample, we have noted that the following common errors have been made on several of the applications:

1. No 2006 land use codes recorded for any field parcels (column C8)

2. No figures entered for the land area to be activated (column C10)

3. No details of the number or type of entitlements customers wish to activate (column E6)

Failure to provide this information will delay processing of applications, and could in some cases lead to the loss of the single payment. It would be helpful if you could pay particular attention to completing these columns on your SPS application form.
