The 2006 application form and Handbook incorporate key changes to SPS and includes guidance on the Area Payment for Nuts, Aid for Energy Crops, Protein Crop Premium and Less Favoured Area Support 2007 (formerly Hill Farm Allowance).
Personalised SPS application forms are being posted to customers during March-April 2006 as part of the 2006 application pack. This pack will also include the SPS Handbook and Guidance for England 2006.
The attached PDF sample form is for guidance only.
Please do not complete it.
To print out a copy:
1. Hold your mouse over the icon.
2. Using the right mouse button click once.
3. Select the option 'Open Link in New Window'.
4. Print as normal.
It is recommended that you check your printer settings before you print the sample form, in case the form is not printed correctly, i.e. not all character boxes and fields may be printed because they are outside normal printer boundaries.
