Application form to be used for applying for the Single Payment Scheme in England.
It should also be used to apply for Area Payment for Nuts, Protein Crop Premium for 2010, and the 2011 Uplands Transitional Payment (UTP)
Farmers can post the forms to us or deliver them by-hand to one of our drop-in centres by 17 May 2010 where we will be carrying out more detailed checks than are made on forms received in the post. Alternatively, farmers can submit their application form electronically using our free online application service SPS Online.
We must receive completed SPS 2010 forms no later than 17 May 2010. If we receive applications after that date but before midnight on 11 June 2010 we will accept them, but will apply penalties. We will reject applications received after 11 June 2010.
To print out a copy:
1. Hold your mouse over the icon.
2. Using the 'right' mouse button click once.
3. Select the option 'Open Link in New Window'.
4. Print as normal.
